It is YSOFT S.A.’s policy to provide high quality software application development services, with the control and continuous improvement of all processes related to quality assurance, from the definition and control of the feasibility of implementing customer requirements, the provision of the required resources, the design, development and quality control of products, the planning and implementation of projects, to the delivery of products and subsequent customer service. Our policy is to deliver software products and provide continuous support to our customers with consistency, focus on customer needs and satisfaction that will allow us to continuously improve the level of products and services provided.

Management is committed to achieving the objectives through the following actions:
- Implementation of a Quality Management System, which fully complies with the requirements of the International Standard EN ISO 9001: 2015
- Ensuring the high quality of the products & services provided to customers, with the technical and quality characteristics resulting from the formulated market needs, and in combination with the general business objectives of the Company
- Continuous improvement of the Quality and characteristics of the Products and Services provided, as well as of the Quality in general in all the Company’s processes and procedures
- Systematic market research on issues related to specifications – characteristics of Products & Services, as well as on issues of Customer satisfaction
- Clear identification of Customer requirements.
- Continuous monitoring of the performance of Suppliers.
- Continuous training and education of staff.
- Documented and continuous monitoring and measurement of the level of Customer Satisfaction.
- Securing the necessary Resources (human, material and financial) for the effective operation of the Quality System.
- Documented search for the causes of problems and weaknesses, in order to define and implement the necessary actions to avoid their reappearance.
- Regular monitoring of the Quality Objectives and Quality Indicators, which are reviewed at least once a year.
- Ensure confidentiality, impartiality and integrity in the management of customer-related information.
- Review the results of the implementation of the actions required to achieve the objectives.
- Review of the quality policy and objectives.
- Monitoring the implementation of Quality Management Processes & Procedures.
- Communicate this Quality Policy to all Company Personnel and ensure that it is continuously updated to ensure that it is always in line with the overall Company objectives.
The Board of Directors of YSOFT SA provides its full support for the implementation of the Quality System and pledges to provide the necessary technical infrastructure, human resources and in general all necessary means.
The staff of YSOFT SA is aware of the Quality Policy, the objectives and procedures of the Quality System, has all the necessary documentation for the performance of its individual tasks in accordance with the requirements of the implemented Quality System and is committed to good professional practice and compliance with the procedures in order to ensure the quality of the results and the correct and effective customer service.
Each executive or employee is committed to participate in the achievement of the quality objectives of YSOFT SA, by contributing to the observance and improvement of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
